Payments Terms

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Mridula Computer accepts the following payment methods:

  • ✔ Cash on Delivery (COD) – Selected areas
  • ✔ Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad
  • ✔ Online Payment (SSLCommerz Gateway)
  • ✔ Bank Transfer

All payments must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)

2. Payment Confirmation

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment verification
  • For online payments, customers may need to provide transaction proof
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not confirmed

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD available only for selected products and locations
  • Full payment must be made at the time of delivery
  • High-value orders may require advance payment

4. Online Payment & Charges

  • Online payments are processed securely via SSLCommerz
  • Additional gateway charges may apply
  • Failed or duplicate transactions will be handled by the payment provider

5. Refund Policy (Payment Related)

  • Refund processing time: 7–15 working days
  • Gateway or transaction fees are non-refundable
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

6. Advance Payment Policy

  • High-value or custom orders may require full or partial advance payment
  • Orders will not be processed without required advance

7. Pricing & Additional Charges

  • Product prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Delivery charge / VAT may be applied during checkout

8. Failed or Incomplete Payments

  • If payment fails, the order will be on hold
  • Customer must complete payment within a specified time
  • Otherwise, the order may be cancelled

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled if payment is not completed
  • Refunds will follow our Refund & Return Policy

10. Security & Data Protection

  • All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways
  • We do not store any sensitive card or banking information

11. Policy Updates

Mridula Computer reserves the right to update or modify these Payment Terms at any time without prior notice.
